The Harris House is an 1888 home donated to the Anderson County Historical Society by the Harris Family. It was renovated in the 1980's to appear as it was when Dr. C.B. Harris, Sr. bought it in the early 1900's where the family lived and for many years, he had the office for his medical practice. We have completed painting in the sunroom and kitchen. Curtains have been finished and hung. Pictured is the sunroom. The Harris House will be open April 27 from 10 to 4 during our Spring Quilt Show and also on May 11th. Anyone wanting to tour the Harris House may do so by contacting the museum in the summer or using our e-mail address, Information@historyandersoncoks.com.
